2 Ways to Boost your energy and Career Success!

Dear Wonderful Woman,
I hope this email finds you doing well.
I am going to start with a note about becoming your best-self. Whoa, I know that sounds deep! I think it's important to share this with you, so that you can reflect and decide how it would apply to your own personal development. I've been working on and developing a new product, which I launched yesterday. I'll tell you more about that at the end of the email. I knew that I was going to be launching a short video teaching session. My first instinct was to just throw something together and not worry about the quality too much. So here's the thing, I thought to myself, that won't do me justice! I can do better than, that, I am being lazy! I have the tools to provide a high quality experience. So why don't I just Do that instead! The old me would have accepted and gone for something less effort and I have fallen into that trap of going through the motions! The new me caught it and was like, "No!", I'm holding myself to a higher standard. I want to be very clear that this is not about perfection, but rather it is about holding myself to a higher standard than before. I know that it won't be perfect, but I know that I have committed and gone for it! Rather than allowing myself, to do second best. Because I've decided I'm worth it and I want to DO Better. I hope you do too!
Now I'm going to share 2 tips to boost your energy. Without further ado here they are:
1 Get up and Move your Body!
I know, you know! But just like we discussed in last weeks email, there is a gap between knowing and Doing. So, yes I encourage you to take a break from your screen to go for a 10 min walk, to get up and dance to your favourite song, or indeed take part in physical exercise!
2 Breathe and take a Mental Break
Taking a moment to put a brake on negative or neutral emotions is really helpful. Again, I know it sounds really simple! But actually taking the time to close your eyes, be still, and to take 6 deep breathes in and out can really do wonders to shift your energy. It helps to stop negative emotions hijacking the brain, and gives you space and opportunity to move into a different state of mind and energy. And if you want to add a positive affirmation on the exhale that will also just help to give you an added lift.
