Today I'm coming to you talk about the power of truly believing and going for it full chest!

Now it's the beginning of the year and you will have set up your career goals and what you want to achieve in the coming year.

When you look at these questions, what resonates with you in when comes to your career goals for this year:

1 Have you set goals that are BIG, Scary and Audacious?

2 Have you set goals which are about not disappointing yourself?

3 Or have you started with a BIG goal and then changed the goalposts because you're afraid of failure and disappointment?

Yesterday my coach shared a powerful insight with me about goal setting, belief and what it takes to achieve your biggest and boldest career goals.

Sometimes you can think that you're doing what you need to make progress on your goal but you're:

🙈 Going through the motions

🙈 You're looking for a reason to bail

🙈 You're being half-hearted

🙈 You're far too keen to pull the plug before you've even really started

She said you have to decide.

Decide that you are committed to playing BIG and full out, to doing what it takes.

That you have to GET off the FENCE!!

You have go all in so you think BIG, you believe, you take intentional and inspired action and show up like you want to WIN. 💃🏾🔥🙌🏾🤩💃🏾🔥🙌🏾🤩
