Dear Wonderful Woman,

How are you doing?

I am well.

I am excited and nervous about the magic that I am going to give inside my brand new group coaching programme the Job Search Accelerator, for mid-level in women in tech!

Having conversations with 2 incredible women yesterday about their dreams to make 2024 their year, to have the means to enable their life goals of owning a home, getting married, being able to provide for children and spending money guilt-free on themselves.

It inspired me to write this LinkedIn post, about what a decision and action can do to change your life.

This reminds me of a really big lesson that I have learned about achieving the results I want in my career and enabling it to support me in achieving my life goals.

Cultivating belief in yourself to do things differently, to embrace the fear, to take a risk is vital because staying the same hasn't gotten you the results that you want.

I remember a time when I believed that I would never be hired as a contract digital project manager.

I spent a lot of time doubting myself, believing that it wasn't worth trying, that I would fail and that I wouldn't succeed.

So today's reminder is:

😍 Believe in yourself

😍 Believe in your capacity to succeed

😍 Believe in your ability to overcome your challenges

😍 Believe that you deserve to have what you desire in your life

😍 Believe that you are powerful, brilliant, capable, and an action-taker

Decide to couple your belief with:

✅ Intentional Action

✅ Different Action

✅ Action that makes you a little afraid, but gives you different opportunities

✅ Action that supports your BELIEF of you achieving your career goal

Belief and intentional action are a powerful combination.

2024 is your year to achieve all that you deserve and desire in your career. 🤩😍💃🏾🚀🎉
