Dear Wonderful Woman,

I hope that you're well.

It's never said often enough, so I'll start with Thank You! I wanted to share my thanks and gratitude for you "Just Who You Are". I think that you, and I can often be guilty of a lack of self-acceptance, for who you are in this current career season, not acknowledging how far you've come, or giving yourself credit for over-coming, and rising in these challenging times. 

As Thursday marks Thanksgiving in the US, I wanted to share a poem with you.

You've got quite an easy style

with a tender heart to match,

and how you'd wear a cheerful smile

then that kindly voice attach.

You are a joy to behold,

even when the times are tough.

You offer a hand to hold

whenever the road seems rough.

You are thoughtful with advice

when you have some to share

and would show up in a trice

when you're needed to be there.

You are an angel, that much is true.
