Are captivated by the Olympics?

Are you taking some time down time with your family and friends?

Are you volunteering?

Are you worried about what's happening out there in your home town and around the world?

Yes, I know it's an interesting time to be alive!

And at the time what time to be alive, if we take inspiration from the musical Hamilton:

Look around, look around at how lucky we are to be alive right now

We are in a time where there are dangers, but there are also many possibilities, there is a possibility that we are about to witness something historic in the amidst of the struggle and what seems to be hopelessness.

The phoenix rises from the ashes!

We may encounter many defeats, but we must be defeated.

And so with attention hard to come by in the summer months.
