Companies and organisations want to have employees that do the business inside, outside and in the digital sphere.

And sure you may think it's not your job to be an "employee influencer or ambassador".

I totally hear you!

It is your job too:

Advocate for what you want to

To keep your skills up to date

To be involved in things outside of work that give you joy, satisfaction and make an impact

And therefore I want to make a bold claim, which is:

Your personal brand is something that is uniquely yours, but it's power can only be unleashed if you're confident, know your worth and believe that you can handle anything.

Because as we know companies care about the bottom line, protecting their reputation and growth.

Now you should use that to your own advantage and build your personal brand not for:

A company

Your Boss

You should build your personal brand for:

You

You

You

Because the power of your personal brand can give you:

Opportunities

The next job

Increase your networth

Paid opportunities outside of work

Support your side-hustle, charity, social enterprise

And so whilst my programme, yes is about helping you to advance your career.

It's really about this:

Building your confidence

Creating your understanding that your worth is not tied to what your boss or what your company say about you

It's about your ability to be your own Cheerleader, to know you are always the prize whatever happens at work, in family life or in society.
