I am well.

Today I am reflecting on the power of human connection in an ever-changing world of work, with the rise of AI, automation and technology.

The challenges and the biases of AI are well documented, so I won't rehash them here!

What I will do today is to remind you why it's important too:

✅ Build relationships

✅ To nurture relationships

✅ To expand and grow your network

✅ To ask your network for support, for referrals and to aid you in your career advancement

Today I'm sharing an important lesson I have learnt about networking recently.

You don't need to work on doing it perfectly.

It's ok to reconnect with people even after a really long time!

Just be human, ask how they've been and re-establish the connection.
