One of the things I speak with women about time and time again, is how amazing talented women, don't step up and own their accomplishments.

They make one of these 3 mistakes when it comes to their approach to job-hunting.

1 They do not think of applying for jobs where they don't meet 100% of the criteria.

2 They are too humble in interview, or they use unconfident language on their CV and they down play their accomplishments.

3 They don't believe that they deserve to have everything they want in a job. They feel they have to settle and so don't apply for the jobs that really inspire, motivate them and allow them to make their greatest impact.

✅ Apply to jobs which are stretch, that excite you and where you 100% believe that you are person to make a great impact, can grow and that accommodates your personal work and life needs. 🤩🚀🔥🙌🏾

✅ Lean into your inner Beyoncé and speak with confidence about your accomplishments at interviews. Review your CV and make sure you're using confident language and owning your achievements! 💃🏾🎯⭐️🙌🏾

✅ Decide that 2024 is the year that every thing is possible, that you deserve your dream job and make a commitment to apply for the jobs that inspire, motivate and excite you to make your greatest impact. 🤩💃🏾🌟🔥
