Yesterday I started on a Rocket Ship journey!

It wasn't easy, comfortable or convenient!

So here's the thing, when you get the call to, "Shoot your shot!"

Don't hesitate, and don't let self-doubt or a desire for perfection stop you from going beyond your comfort zone.

It's a simple message - Do it messy!

Today I want to remind you that:

There much so much more capital to be gained from showing up

From doing what you think you can't

Being in the room even if you're not sure you should be there

You should be there - Stand Tall, Be Proud & Yes You're Worth it!

And to remember that -

You are the Prize! 🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉💃🏾🎉

By the same token putting yourself out there on LinkedIn and being more visible on LinkedIn is a risk.

Many think it's a chore and it's not something they do with open arms, joy or any sort of enjoyment.

Well what if you changed the narrative to:

I get to use LinkedIn to further my visibility, to create opportunities for me, for the people and things I care about.

When you think about LinkedIn through the lens of the realm of possibilities, it creates space to be open to attract, to be your best self and to receive what is out there when you're in alignment.

Now that is sounding perhaps a bit woowoo, but then if "you are what you think, do and don't".

It's in the don't....

The fear.....

The lack space.....

That self-doubt & Imposter Syndrome live.

So with the opportunity of the last quarter of the year, I urge you to think about these 3 questions:

1 How do want to feel when you wake up on 31st December and reflect on your year?

2 What do I need to step up for and say yes even scared?

3 Who can help me unpack feedback and see it from a different perspective?
