How are you doing? I'm good thanks! 😃😃😃

I am back! I had a really wonderful two weeks, the first week was a change of scenery when we were in Weymouth and I was on "Sailing Wife" duties. ⛵️⛵️⛵️

The second week was when I was on Holiday to Chicago for my Birthday and the DNC Democratic National Convention. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

I did both touristy things, visited relatives and did DNC activities which for me was fantastic! My history with the DNC is that in 2008 I was an intern working in Washington DC at a non-partisan voting rights organisation, and I separately volunteered with DCVote a campaigning group which is campaigning for DC to become the 51st State and have proper voting rights.

I went to the DNC in Denver as a volunteer campaigner with them and was rewarded for my campaigning work with credentials to see Obama accept the presidential nomination for his party. 👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾🔥🎉👏🏾

This time I didn't get any credentials to go into the United Centre, but I did get a wristband to go into Demoplaza the Expo area where the delegates, press and others were about to interact with vendors, lobbyists and campaigners who want the delegates to take the causes to Washington and the National Stage.

I went to a Watch Party at an enclosed rooftop bar in downtown Chicago to watch Kamala Harris deliver her acceptance speech. 👏🏾💃🏾🎉👏🏾💃🏾🎉👏🏾💃🏾🎉👏🏾💃🏾🎉👏🏾💃🏾🎉👏🏾💃🏾🎉

And now I'm back and I'm fired about about a female POTUS! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Anyhow enough about that!
