Hi,
I’ve been a performance psychologist for over 20 years, helping high achievers like you overcome obstacles to excellence.
And over that time, 2 things happened.

People overcame worry, fear, doubt, lack of energy and motivation to perform their best when it mattered most.
To be honest, I expected that. That’s what they came to see me for.
But I didn’t expect this.

And I realized there was a lot about sleep that my athletes didn’t know … and it was hurting their performance.
Yet it is so easy to fix!
So now I'm putting together a training on exactly that. I'll be sharing the most effective strategies that will increase your sleep by 30 quality minutes each night so you feel less anxiety and overwhelm, increase your motivation and focus, and ultimately consistently perform your best under pressure.
