What keeps you on task and accountable?

Hi again!
Over the last decade, I’ve done a lot of things to stay in shape. I've joined road races, setting one goal after another to keep me motivated. I've set weight loss and fitness goals to keep me on task.
But what happened when I achieved those goals?
My motivation stopped and old habits returned. It seems that as soon as the goal was done - all the motivation and support was gone too.
But there is one fitness environment that has kept me motivated and accountable to my fitness goals: my CrossFit gym membership.
I am not exaggerating when I say I haven't skipped a workout in 6 years.
Not one.
That's because I found myself surrounded by like-minded people, all working hard to be fit. Rather than the end goal, the competitions simply became opportunities to measure progress within my lifestyle. My identity became a CrossFitter. It influenced my diet (Crossfitters eat paleo). It became my inspiration (you should see what some of these people can do). It is my support (consistent cheering for all when effort is shown and big celebrations when personal bests are achieved). And despite my advancing age, I am getting better every year. I had my highest place in the CrossFit Games last year, and if you follow my Instagram Story, you will see workout PRs with some consistency (including tonight).
And that’s the power of a membership community. It keeps you accountable so that you actually do the thing that’s gonna get you to your goals.
It is the reason I started Success Stories Membership. To help you overcome the mental and emotional obstacles that get in the way of your consistency and goal achievement.
And for my online business friends: If you’ve been looking for a community that will help you actually launch a workshop and use it to bring in revenue, new followers, and new clients … I have to share Wake Up To Freedom with you.
This is the membership I joined to help more athletes and high performers than I could with just 1:1 consulting. But I didn't know what I was doing when I moved from my position at the hospital to becoming an entrepreneur! Justin and Sarah practically held my hand in this membership and taught me, small step by small step, exactly what to do.
More than anything, I trust them. They told me at my first inquiry NOT to join because I wasn't ready to take action. I appreciated that honest assessment. (They also share my values of integrity and family).
I did join a few months later and in a matter of just 4 weeks, I went from idea to delivering the Sleep Your Way to the Top Workshop!
So I send you this e-mail with an invitation. Sarah and Justin have opened up Wake Up to Freedom for only two (2) days and then are closing it to new members for at least a year (maybe more). They are doing this so they can focus on helping you create and deliver your workshop.
So check out Wake Up to Freedom here before ti goes away and see if its right for you.
I hope to see you inside and work together to get our messages to the masses, helping a whole bunch of people.
Best wishes,
Dr Eddie
