What to do when you have too much going on

Hi ,
This has been the summer of change.
I've had a tremendous amount of change. I'll mention some this week and conclude in my next newsletter how those changes will affect our newsletter community.
But for today I just want to set up this helpful article.
So a number of months ago, my brother died under difficult circumstances.
There were many business challenges and stressors.
Then there were very positive life stressors too ...
- I got married.
- I sold my home.
- I sent my youngest off to college.
- I moved to NC to start a new job (yeah ... more on that next time).
This isn't even a complete list -- but you get the idea. It's been a lot.
I've often been asked "how did you get through all that stress?"
Or more specifically, "how can you perform in one area with all the distractions in other areas of your life?!?"
Each of the events listed above required a tremendous amount of focus and dedicated energy.
And the only way to get through it was to compartmentalize:
The suggestions in this blog post will help you get through the complicated stressors in your life so you can excel in each specific area.
And be sure to open the next newsletter as it will likely be my last as I shift my professional responsibilities.
I'll be sure to outline additional resources for you and how we can stay in touch should you need anything from me specifically.
Best wishes and thanks for being on this journey with me,
Dr Eddie
