Hello from Orlando ,

I am learning so much at the annual conference for the Association for Applied Sport Psychology (AASP). And the sun is a sweet bonus.

I love these experiences. They energize me and prepare me to better serve you. In some ways, the AASP organization is an accountability partner.

For one, as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant, there are specific continuing education requirements. This encourages me to stay up to date on the latest and greatest science in sport and performance psychology so I can be better for you.

I present tomorrow morning to my colleagues on the psychology of injury and how to best empower athletes through rehabilitation.

As I prepare for that, there is some positive pressure. I absolutely want to know my stuff so I can teach it well to others. I feel a sense of responsibility to them. Then there is a deadline which encourages my action in a timely fashion.

Deadlines are great motivators, aren't they!?! A helpful way to hold yourself accountable.

In this blog post, I give you 10 ways to do it properly so you can achieve your best results. Click here.

And if you are looking for an accountability partner, I'd love to be that for you. Reply to this e-mail, we can set up a call and explore options.
