Obviously you and I share a passion for mental training.
It's why you are a part of this community.
And, truth be told, you are ahead of your competition because you are addressing your mental game. (Kudos to you!)
Mental training is a part of "performance optimization"
In short, performance optimization is the process of maximizing an athlete’s physical and mental capabilities to achieve peak performance. And there are a number of areas to address to truly reach your peak performance. I detail them here.

But now back to the mental training
You know that your focus determines the outcome.
And I imagine negative thoughts intrude, doubt creeps in, and mistakes stay stuck in your mind.
