I see you haven't opened up an email from me in a while.

"But I haven't gotten anything recently," you may say.

That's true. And that's because of one of two things:

• You haven't confirmed your subscription, or
• You missed opening a few and SendFox (my e-mail manager) put you on the "inactive" list in an attempt to protect you from unwanted emails.

But you do want to get these performance enhancing emails, right?!?

You want to learn how to manage stress and recover well.

... Maybe your kids have all graduated and moved on from sport, and so you are in another stage of life.

Maybe you are consistently excellent and achieving all your goals and you have no room to get better ;-)
