Hi,
I was at the Monday Night Football game to see my Buffalo Bills take on the NY Jets, on 9/11, in New York (well, technically New Jersey), with the debut of Aaron Rogers as a Jet ...
The hype was real. The atmosphere was electric. My son and I were soooo excited ... and apparently so was Bills QB Josh Allen. Maybe too much because his decision making was terrible. He threw 3 interceptions, fumbled once, and cost us the win, losing in overtime 23-16.
So I'll start with the

It took a few days for me to move from fan to sport psychologist, but I have a few lessons we can all learn from the experience in the video below:
