The one who comes knocking on your front door with annoying enthusiasm as you scramble to hide behind a house plant… in your bathrobe… just hoping they didn’t you.

“Maybe they’ll just give up and go away,” you think to yourself. 

But they never do. They. never. do. *sigh*

Yeah, that about sums up my relationship with the legal stuff for my business.

It’s always there, knocking with all the fervor of a bestie deprived of quality time waiting for me to finally admit I’m home and open the door.

I mean, who has the time for reading about website legal disclaimers… or contracts… or terms and conditions… or GDPR… or CalOPPA… or LLCs… or yada, yada, yada.

Nobody, that’s who.

Except maybe for lawyers.

That’s why I was so happy to find Bobby Klinck. 

Bobby is an uber smart lawyer (don’t hold that against him) who graduated from Harvard Law School. 

Yeah, THE Harvard Law School.

He’s also an online business owner with an MBA, which makes him slightly cooler in my book.

But perhaps my favorite thing about him is that he focuses solely on helping OBOs like us (you know, online business owners 😉) understand and take care of the legal stuff.
