How often have you tried to change but fell back into old habits?
I've got a couple resources for you:
Many people want to get started earlier in the day.
There isn't anything magical about early starters. Many night owls are very productive too. So don't feel guilted into this.
But if you are getting up and want to get the most out of starting you day, I've got some tips for you here.
