Spring is well underway, and that means here in Oregon that everything is covered in flowers. My own garden is in bloom, but I also love going on nature walks and checking out the wild flora. The bees around here particularly love camas flowers, which the natives in the area used as a major food source back in the day.
There were literally hundreds of bees swarming camas flowers in this field!
And in books news, we're less than two week away until A Lawyer in Fae Court goes live! I can't tell you how excited I am to bring you deputy district attorney Elizabeth Stark's journey into magic. I love crime stories, and I couldn't resist giving you a paranormal blend of fae politics and murder mystery.
Here's a sneak peek of Elizabeth's first meeting with John Moroz, posted on my website at DMFike.com:
Any longtime readers recognize the name "John Moroz?" Do you have your own wildflower pictures? I'm always happy to hear from you at [email protected].
