Also registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission as DEON TRADES with CAC number: BN4497225;
though a new incorporation with the name DEON ACADEMY is currently in process/progress.
As a multi-operational model company, we operate/intend to operate and not limited to the following model:
- skill and entrepreneurial training/services
- production and manufacturing
- Innovative solar and electrical power technology
- Agriculture
- Education
- consultancy/consultation services
- Event planning & management
- General merchandise and contract
- we shall also adopt and develop autonomous community based ecosystem, where we shall have our global community independent currency etc

DEON ACADEMY have been in operation since January 2020 till date
In 2020 we started out by training people via whatsapp, on mini importation and exportation.
we trained about 100 persons before the COVID-19 lockdown.
However, countries boarders began to open, we resumed our activities and added more courses/skills to our training list as seen in the flier above.
From that 2020-2021 our services (including our cyber cafe service that was added in 2021) got across over 5000 people as we have trained people on various skill and not just the importation and exportation that we started with.
Also in April 2021 we organized an offline skill acquisition and empowerment training summit.
we registered the business of participant with SMEDAN and issued the SMEDAN certificate and assisted them in accessing federal government grants.
In October 2021 we embarked on 1 month online training on various digital skills.
This year 2022 our target is to train and empower 10,000 Nigerians unto self-reliance/employment.
