Hello again!

Everyone's talking about the C word (Christmas) but all I can focus on is that my baby turns 20 today and I'm just not ready! It honestly feels as though I just arrived home from the hospital with a fresh baby boy bundled in my arms. We've already done the family dinner and cake, well, not actually cake, but apple pie this year ... at his request. Gosh, what was a disaster. I attempted to make the pasty from scratch. Let's just say it was more like baked apple with something that resembled an outer crust. 😂

I've noticed on social media, some people have already put up their Christmas decorations. In our house, it's an early December task if we're using our fake tree and the week of Christmas task if we're using a live tree (which we do when we host Christmas at our house).

When do you put up your Christmas tree/decorations?

I celebrated a milestone since we spoke last.

Unexpected Kisses turned two on November 9! I had to double check that because it really doesn’t feel like that long ago.

When I had the idea to write Sarah and AJ's story, I figured they’d be banging almost from the minute they met since it was Sarah’s desire to be a mom that brought them together. But then she decided to be stubborn and he was too scared to tell her that he’d fallen for her in fear of losing her.

It became tougher than I imagined to get them to bump uglies. But they got there in the end and that’s what counts, right?

I can finally announce that I've finished writing the first draft of Everlasting Promises and it's currently making my BETA readers cry! Woohoo!

This book has tested me, broken my heart, and put it back together. I honestly doubted if I would ever finish writing it, but here we are.

My seventh full-length title in just under five years (which I know isn't much compared to others), but for someone like me who'd never considered writing, it feels like a big deal.

With each book, I've grown as an author. I've pushed myself harder and dug deeper than ever before with this story and I'm incredibly proud of this baby. I can't wait for you to read it.
