I'm not even a Star Wars geek, so I'm not sure why I did that, but I couldn't resist. 🤣

First and foremost, the hubby and I survived my very first signing event! It was massive. It was exciting. It was unforgettable. And it was exhausting. Most of all, it was wonderful to meet some of my amazing readers. But what blew me away the most was that people actually wanted me to sign their books. Their books! For real!

Like What Now???

Did you notice our matching colours? That was all his idea btw and my readers loved seeing us so co-ordinated! He actually studied up on my books (without reading them because I won't let him) so he could answer any questions new readers may have asked. He was a total trooper!

He even encouraged me to go speak with one of my favourite authors because I was too shy to approach her. Ha!

We did bring back a little souvenir. Both of us caught COVID. 😭 The hubby's had it before so he recovered quite quickly, but I haven't and I'm still recovering. I don't remember being this sick for a long time. And because I'm such a loving mother, I accidentally gave it to my youngest son, too. He's not impressed. 😬
