Mystery Fiction Sales Blast and a Question For You

Happy May, everyone! I’m trying something different on the promotion front, which is exciting and a little nerve-wracking. Rather than offer one book at a reduced price each month, I’ve decided to put the entire 7-book Casey Holland amateur sleuth series on sale from $.99 to $1.99 from May 24 to 26. This means that the entire series can be purchased for just under $12.00 (US) on Amazon.
The series isn’t being sold as a boxed set, so anyone who’s purchased one or two ebooks before can choose another book without having to buy the entire set. Amazon (US) displays all the books on one page, which allows you to simply click on the book you want, which you can find HERE.
Unfortunately, I don’t think there’s a single-page option for Amazon outlets outside the U.S., but the books are easy to find once you click on The Opposite of Dark. The sale is also being offered on the platforms below, but I don’t want to inundate you with links to each book on all the platforms, so I’ve just provided the link for The Opposite of Dark:
The $.99 Opposite of Dark promotion also is appearing on venues such as Hello Books, BargainBooksy, and eReaderIQ (one on each of the next three days), which some of you might already subscribe to.
I’ve been writing the Casey Holland series for over twenty years. I first got the idea of a female security cop many years ago while working as a temporary secretary for our local bus system. One day, a young woman walked in wearing a black leather mini skirt and matching leather jacket. I later learned that she worked undercover on the buses, and zing! There came the idea for a strong, feisty character working at a job that some didn’t think was suitable for a woman.
But now I’m wondering if it’s time to move on from this series and continue pursuing other projects. I’m in a quandary about this, and I think your feedback will have an impact on my decision.
