As promised in my last newsletter, I’m offering a special promo for the Casey Holland mystery series until Feb. 28. For this event, The Opposite of Dark, which many of you already have, is free. Deadly Accusations (Casey Holland mystery #2) is still just $.99. The following books have also been reduced for one week:
Beneath the Bleak New Moon (#3) - $1.99
The Deep End (#4) – $2.99
Knock Knock (#5) - $2.99
The Blade Man - $3.99
A Gold Satin Murder (novella) will stay at its regular price of $1.99.
In other words, the entire 7-book series about $15.00. For Kindle readers, you can find the entire series on one page HERE.
This month, I was invited back on the JCVArtStudio podcast to chat with mystery author and artist, Joanna Van Der Vlugt. Joanna and I spoke a lot about transitions.
As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve been writing an urban fantasy for some time, which has now reached the beta reader stage. It’s been great fun and I love this genre as much as I do mysteries. I've also been outlining a new paranormal series, blending my two favorite genres.
On the home front, a lot of time's been sorting through books to donate and discarding extra drafts of old manuscripts in preparation for our move this spring. We’ll soon be living only two blocks away from our young grandkids, which will likely mean more babysitting. For me, it’s all about family. And writing. And reading. Lots of reading. Enjoy the sale!
Until next time,
Debra
