I hope everyone’s August went well. Here in British Columbia, wildfires have changed the landscape and the lives of those who either fought the flames or lived in their path. Mercifully, all we’ve had to deal with in the Lower Mainland was poor air quality.

August was a quiet, creative month as I edited my urban fantasy. I also worked on the first draft of a new paranormal mystery series, one that will be on the lighter side.

Speaking of lighter, I’m offering a $.99 sale on my only backlist title, which I haven’t presented before. Fatal Encryption is the story of 28-year-old Alex Bellamy, a computer-savvy accountant who’s between jobs and trying to find his path in life.
