Thanks for your feedback last week about locally grown lions mane mushrooms. Enough of you expressed an interest for us to follow up on it. Watch this space and ask at the shop when you're about and we'll let you know when we think they'll start to be available.

Last Sunday, together with friends we erected a kestrel box which was partly funded by the conservation donations our customers continue to make. Thank you. I completely forgot to take a picture at the time, so for those of you who are wondering what type of box kestrels use, here's a lovely picture of what we hope ours will look like soon!

Finally, as I'm about to restock preserves from our friends at Fruits of the Forage, I'll share their recent blog post which features their tree planting work and explains their tree planting work and how it's preserving heritage varieties of fruit in the areas they work.
