We know it's a useful reminder when we mention new and favourite products, so this week here's a little mention of six things we love and use a lot right now which you may or may not realise we sell.

• No Sugars Oatly - a couple of customers asked us to get this and it's selling well, and it's a great product, very similar to Oatly Semi and just as versatile.
• Cacao powder - team that up with Oatly or your milk of choice and you have a really nice alternative and healthy hot chocolate. Add some maple syrup if you need a bit of sweetness rather than refined sugar.
• Peter's Yard sourdough crackers - we've three flavours to choose from. We have them with humous (sometimes from the shop, sometimes homemade) and olives (our children are mad for black olives!)
• Bengt's Chilli Oil - from the same small business who supply us with dried mushrooms, this is just an outstanding chilli oil that speaks for itself, we really recommend you try it.
• Agnes & Cat soaps and bath salts - I'm loving sinking into the bath at the end of Thursday's veg box delivery rounds are done. If fragranced bath salts are not your thing we also have pure unscented epsom salt too.

All those are of course available online from us as well as instore.

We have more blueberries coming in this week, so if you’d like some in your Veg Box this week just put a note on your order. These are the organic blueberries that are exclusively grown on a Spanish nature reserve and we are delighted to bring them back to you once again. If you’re a pick your own veg box customer, they’re available on our list for next week to pick right now.

We also have a very limited amount of Lions Mane mushrooms coming in. Do let us know if you'd like any adding to an order too.

Just keeping this lovely image of snowdrops here as they push through the soil all around us. It's a lovely reminder of the lengthening daylight hours and the slow transition and emergence of new life.
