Day Crafting NOvember Week 1

Before we start, if you haven't answered these three questions, please do that now – thanks.


All of the content and interventions are very light. The focus is about making subtle changes to what and how you accept or refuse what you commit to. In order to do that, I've provided a simple format on the worksheet to capture some note each day. And each worksheet includes some theories and supporting techniques. Again, this is light touch – if you'd like to explore any of the theories in more depth, please ask for help or pointers.


One obvious word of caution. Don't use NOvember to punish yourself by saying no to self-care, treats or rewards. And if your dearest gets down on one knee ... you might want to say yes, just this once.
