Day Crafting: Want to Join The Rebellion?
May 14, 2025 9:12 am
Hello, , how are you?
I’ve been diligently using the new Design Notes to shape daily and answer the weekly prompts, but it has sparked something. Almost immediately, I started sketching a more provocative version. There may be a future edition called Design Notes for Rebel Day Crafters. That thinking landed alongside a deeper sense that there’s a lot to rebel against right now.
Rebellion can be protest signs, marches, boycotts (and more), but it can also be how you design and craft a Tuesday. It’s the permission you give yourself to push against your defaults. Rebellious Day Crafting fights for freedom through practice. Take the risk; you’ll get change or the learning to shape the next attempt.
Rebellion as Practice
I’ve been working on a new set of 20 Rebel Intentions. Here’s a flavour. Try carrying one of these into your day and see what happens:
5 Rebel Intentions to try
- What invisible rule am I obeying today and how can I break it?
- If I weren’t trying to be good, what would I do with this day?
- Where am I earning approval instead of living truthfully?
- What internal voice needs to be fired today – with laughter or flames?
- If I were completely unafraid, what would I start, say, or stop?
Want all 20? Help me spread the rebellion
I’ve put some real care into crafting a complete Rebel Intentions PDF, a poster, and companion notes with 20 provocative disruptions to stir meaningful defiance. And also make you smile.
It is yours to download, print and share if you help me grow the newsletter.
All it takes is one referral. One friend, colleague, or a kindred rebel who signs up using your link below. That’s it. No strings. One sign-up = full PDF. (There are also additional rewards at 3 and 5).
It takes less than a minute. But it helps more than you might think.
These days, in particular, don’t we need some real rebellion? We can help each other stop waiting for permission and start living our days like they belong to us as we grow our confidence and influence.
It’s never been more necessary.
Yours defiantly,
Bruce
