By clarifying your purpose, you'll have a filter to accept opportunities that align with your objectives and NO to those which don't.

Hi

Week 1

Before we start, if you still need to answer these three questions, please do that now. It takes 30 seconds.

What do you want to use NOvember for? Being less busy? Having more time and energy? What is the product you're hoping to craft, and why is that outcome important? By clarifying your purpose and keeping it in mind, you should find your motivation increases.

The PDFs are your lifeline, I hope! Inside this one, you'll discover:

Why Do You Need This?

By clarifying your purpose, you'll have a filter to accept opportunities that align with your objectives and NO to those which don't. Imagine ending each day feeling accomplished and energised rather than drained and overwhelmed. If purpose seems too lofty, you can instead set a clear intention for the day ahead.

Your Stories

We're in this together. If you have any sharable stories illustrating how the tools and interventions have helped during this first week, please send them to me, and I'll include them in next week's email. Likewise, we can do the same thing on our Facebook group.

One obvious word of caution. Don't use NOvember to punish yourself by saying NO to self-care, treats, rewards or rest.

Some Recaps:

  1. The group Zoom call, if you want to join, is on Nov 20th, 7.30pm UK time. RSVP.
  2. Please email me any stories, insights or tips for me to share in future emails.
  3. How are you getting on with sharing the Day Crafting Newsletter with 3+ friends? Your 'share' link is below, with a count showing how many have accepted.

Ready, set, NO,

Bruce
