I wrote a longer piece about the Elephant and Rider that you can read here. In it, I talk about the elephant having two voices. Voice two is very relevant to self-care and time affluence, and I think it would be interesting to explore it as a group.

Also, Emily's (remarkable) day on the workbench. Can't wait.
