Last week was a whirlwind! Grand Girl #3 arrived on May 1st after my daughter and son-in-law went to the hospital in the wee hours of the morning to be induced. Everyone is well, and the two older girls are thrilled to have their new sister to show off. Mom and Dad are officially "outnumbered" which I remember all too well. My hubby and I are more than ready to jump in when they need a break from the girl gang, and luckily we are only a 15-minute drive away.

Release day for Apple Blossom Dreams is coming up fast - June 25th! I'm sending the manuscript off to Editor #1 in 12 days. Like in Book #1, a found object in John "Jumpin'" Goodwin's The Shoppe of Curious Goods is key to the romance, this time between farm bakery manager Linn and Heath, the new orchard manager at Apple Hill Farm. What will that object be? (hint: It's somewhere on the cover.)
For fans of clean romance and/or romantic women’s fiction, discover the magic of a delightful river town and its inhabitants as this charming series unfolds. Apple Blossom Dreams is Book #2 in the Port Chance series, releasing next month on Amazon. It'll be in Kindle Unlimited too.
And yes, I now have TWO books on pre-order. A Cafe Au Lait Kind of Love releases October 10th as part of the oh-so-charming Coffee Loft collection. Like all the Coffee Loft books, it's a stand-alone novel, and will be included in the Kindle Unlimited program. The best news? Mine is one of FOURTEEN new titles in the series!

My reading time has been intruded upon by flats of flowers! I can't stay away from the garden centers this time of year, so I loaded up on some of my favorite annuals over the last few days. I'm so impatient waiting for my zinnias to grow from seed that I actually bought some four-packs that are already blooming. Today will be sunny, so I'll be planting them, along with begonias, azaleas, and coleus in between writing sprints!
