Greetings, Dear Readers!
I hope you had a sweet start to your new year. It was quiet here, beginning the day after Christmas. My son and mother-in-law left in one vehicle and my husband and youngest son left in another, bright and early on December 26th. I wasn't alone in the quiet for long, though. That afternoon the grand girls were dropped off for a sleepover while my son-in-law took my daughter up to Chicago to see Hamilton for her birthday.
It was a wild twenty-four hours here. The girls insisted on not one but two hot chocolate bars. Pillows became stepping stones in the "lava lake." And we painted, of course, but getting the supplies ready and cleaned up always takes twice as long as the actual painting session. Don't even get me started on how we all "slept" in one bed, dog included. Let's just say laying parallel to the footboard gave me a new perspective of the bedroom while they slept solid at the opposite end of the bed. Good times!

I've been hard at work on revising Book #2 in the Port Chance series while I tweak my 2024 publication schedule. I think I've finally settled on what you'll see this year.
March - Apple Blossom Dreams (Book #2, Port Chance)
June - Locked on Love's Landing (Book #3, Port Chance)
November - Calling Mr. Mistletoe (stand alone Christmas novel)
