My office space looks a little different during the mornings this week.
Think balance beams, tumbling mats, aerial hoops and slings, and about 50 circus performers-in-the-making. That is, fifty 4-, 5-, and 6-year-olds!
Our two oldest grand girls are at circus camp this week, birthday gifts from my hubby and me. I've been taking my laptop each day to get some writing in while they flip and spin and somersault their way around the room at different stations. I'm not getting as much done as I'd like, though. Turns out circus camp is just as fun for the audience as it is for the participants.

Okay, one last photo from Wyoming. My husband took this the other day. We drove by some of these fields last week when I was there, but the landscape looked nothing like this. Isn't it amazing? Bee and butterfly heaven!

This week I'm reading Sarah's Quilt by Nancy E. Turner. It's set in the early 1900s in the Arizona Territories about a widowed mother struggling to keep her farm from falling victim to the elements and to other greedy ranchers. It's told in diary form which I'm loving. The book was a Little Free Library find in Sheridan, WY.
