Why Self Learning is important for Your Growth

I hope this mail meets you well.

I want to share with you something that I've come to understand again and again the importance of it, SELF LEARNING.

Two months ago, I started a course on Full Stack Web Development. It's been a good but stressful journey. Everytime I hit an obstacle, I use Google, Youtube or Stack Overflow(It's a community for coders)

I remember one time, I had a challenge that I was battling with for three days, my trainer was unavailable. I asked on Stack Overflow and in three hours, it was solved.

I have created three websites by using Youtube. I can go on and on.

But here's something I noticed, the things I know the most are the things I learnt by teaching myself through adequate research.

The world is changing rapidly and it's becoming important for you to start learning outside the normal traditional method where someone teaches you, either online or onsite.

I'm not saying that coaching or mentoring is bad but I'm saying that you must add Self-Learning to it to move faster and better.

Self-Learning is the process of acquiring new knowledge and skills through independent study and research. It involves taking responsibility for your education and actively seeking out opportunities to grow.

Self Learning helps you to know more than your peers. For example, out of all my colleagues who are learning web development with me, I'm the only one who has created website.

Why? I made research.

, Google and Youtube have virtually everything you need to learn that skill. Use It.

In short, self-learning is a powerful tool that can help you stay competitive, grow personally and professionally, and adapt to changes in the world around you. So, I encourage you to take ownership of your education and self-learn.
