You might want to quit after reading this

And honestly? That’s not a bad thing if you understand why.

Hey ,

Few years ago, I was just numb .

No calls. No movement. Just silence.

Why?

Because I thought I was done.

I was stuck in a season that felt like delay.

Nothing was working. No breakthrough. No direction.

I had dreams, I had “potential”… but I also had depression.

It was one of those ugly parts of the process no one tells you about.

And to be honest, I wanted to quit.

But something clicked after a while. Not motivation

Just a realisation:

The process wasn’t the problem. My expectations were.

No one prepares you that growth will cost you time, pride, people, and sometimes… your confidence.

They’ll say “trust the process,” but they won’t warn you how loud the silence can be.

The truth?

The process won’t always feel good.

 It’ll feel like pressure.

 It’ll feel like waiting.

 It’ll feel like too much.

But that’s the part of the story where people grow up.

Where strength is built and you finally face your truth.

So if everything feels heavy right now, if you’re second-guessing your direction, if what you started with joy now feels like a burden

You’re not failing.

You’re just in the real part of the process.

Don’t quit.

Pause.

Reflect.

Regroup.

Then move again, this time with clarity, not confusion.

Your story is not over. It’s unfolding.

And the heavy parts?

Those are the pages that make your book worth reading.

Your fave,

Dara

Let’s figure out your chapter together.

If you’re in a tough season, you don’t need motivation.

You need perspective, strategy, and truth.

I’m opening a few 1-on-1 Growth Clarity Sessions next month.

We’ll make sense of where you are, and what your next move should be.
