The next-generation BMW X1 returns in a new batch of spy photos finally revealing more of the crossover's design.Spied in Germany next to a number of other BMW prototypes, the high-riding Bimmer is wearing its production headlights and taillights, and is showing a few interesting details.
BMW has been spotted testing a prototype for an updated 8-Series coupe for the first time. A prototype for an updated 8-Series Gran Coupe was spotted earlier. The modern 8-Series arrived for the 2019 model year, initially in coupe form.

Daniel Abt and his family's company, ABT Tuning, recently tuned an Audi RS6 Avant to make an absurd amount of power. It's also a lot more than the BMW M5 CS' 626 horsepower and 553 lb-ft of torque. Off the line, the ABT-tuned Audi RS6-R jumped ahead of the M5 CS with ease.

BMW M4 Competition Lap The Nurburgring In 7:30 Minutes
The video at the top of this page shows a lap behind the wheel of a brand new BMW M4 Competition. Of course, this is not a record-breaking lap but with a time of 7 minutes, 30.79 seconds, it’s still an impressive run for a stock vehicle. We are pretty confident the sports coupe can do better but, as you can see from the video, the conditions were far from ideal and the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires were having traction problems in some corners.
The ALPINA XB7 Hit 270 Km/H On The Autobahn
As you can tell in this video, stepping into the ALPINA XB7 and shutting the door is like entering an isolation chamber. All in, the big V8 makes 612 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, allowing the moon-sized XB7 to reach speeds of 270 km/h on the Autobahn.

The BMW I4 Will Begin Production This Autumn In Munich
One of BMW's two upcoming EVs is about to go into production, finally giving customers the all-electric BMW sport sedan we've all been waiting for. According to BMW board member Nicolas Peter, during a recent conference call, said that the BMW i4 will go into production this Autumn and will be built at the Munich plant.
BMW Sets New Sales Record Over The First Half Of 2021
BMW managed to increase its sales significantly over the course of the first half of 2021, not just compared to the pandemic-stricken 2020 but also compared to 2019. Sales went up by nearly 40 percent and turned the first six months of this year into the best ever for BMW, beating the record previously set in 2019.

BMW reported a net profit of 4.8 billion euros in the second quarter, and the global car market continues to recover from the pandemic, so the three major German car makers are doing well, especially for luxury cars
