The BMW Z4 Facelift model is expected to arrive in late 2022. A G29 Z4 LCI prototype was spotted in Munich earlier this week, of course wearing the typical BMW camouflage. BMW is likely to keep the Z4 Roadster around for another three years, but after that, its faith is unknown.

Drag Races

BMW M3 Competition RWD Races M3 Competition XDrive

When it comes to rear-wheel drive versus all-wheel drive (or four-wheel drive, whatever), there are basically two schools of thought. Thanks to Carwow’s Mat Watson, you can see exactly what it means to distribute those 503 hp efficiently between the axles, as opposed to forcing them onto the rear wheels exclusively. BMW M3 Competition xDrive review

It’s a firm and relatively uncompromised sports saloon. Same as the rear-drive version. Wonderful seats and driving position, bit of jiggle but otherwise consumes long journeys with ease. Low speed ride around town is harsh

We've known for a while that 1,000 HP BMW M5 models exist, but we haven't seen just how fast they are compared to regular cars on public roads, so far. There are very few places around the world where you can actually let a 1,000 HP M5 go all out without immediately going to jail. In the footage below, we get to see such a monster going all out on an unrestricted section of the German Autobahn.

Video: BMW 3 Series vs C-Class and Tesla Model 3 comparison

With Tesla sales surging around the world, more customers in different countries are starting to take the American car maker more seriously. The fact that the guys from Carwow decided to do a comparison between the BMW 3 Series, Mercedes-Benz C-Class and the Tesla Model 3 says a lot. That’s especially true if you think about the massive tradition of both the 3 Series and C-Class, having dominated this segment for decades.
