You can make a MEMORY BOX this week!

Short for time? Here's this week's new therapeutic art video!
It's important to remember those who've gone before us.
Hey , who are you remembering today? (Seriously, I'd love to know! Hit "reply" and tell me <3)
Finding healthy, meaningful ways to remember a lost loved one is a great way to channel feelings and thoughts of grief. Sometimes though, remembering a lost loved one can become all-consuming, putting the lost person on a pedestal and essentially idolizing their memory.
We'll talk a little bit about the difference: what's healthy, and when we've gone too far, and then we'll create a beautiful memory box to store mementos and thoughts in.
It all starts with a brief but intriguing historical lesson about an artist named Marc Chagall who lost his wife (both pictured above) and chose to use ART to help him grieve.
You can do this! I'm here with you in the process,
*PS: Some of my video projects (including this week's) utilize printable templates - harkening back to the days when these videos were a paid course. I finally figured out how to get these templates to you for FREE. This is a Dropbox link that will allow you to access all the templates you need. I'll add to the folder every time there's a new project with a template. Hope that makes it easier for you!
