There is something to be said for waking up to the sunlight in the morning. It doesn't happen often for me, being a mom to toddlers, but when it does it makes my heart happy. The glow coming through my south facing window. It's refreshing.

I chose these colours thinking of those mornings.

Have you ever tried to use stamps in your journal or letters? I haven't yet but have my eyes on a couple interesting ones. Stamps, while simply putting more ink on the paper, manage to get a crisp amount of detail that can't be mimicked by simply drawing in the image yourself.

There are a lot of things to love about this spread but specifically I love the sprigs of flowers, the kraft paper pieces and the colours.

Speaking of colours, look at these envelopes! While they are decorated with the same parts, the same stamps and same addressing, they are all so different and complimentary!
