It's a new year and you need to get paid, .
Some time ago, I was at Ebeano supermarket and as I approached the till with my cart, someone who recognized me from Instagram approached me and told me she had been following me online. She then asked kindly if she could pay for all the items I had picked up... That has happened to me a number of times. Someone recognized me and offered to pay fror my goods, or give me a gift or send me money.
Have you experienced any of these before?
It's salary weeks and many people are being paid. However, you must find ways of attracting money beyond the monthly pay day or the customer transfer.
Whether you're thinking about survival money or legacy wealth, there's something you must put in place. Anyone who will pay you must KNOW you and they must appreciate the VALUE you can offer.
It means you must stand out. You can't afford to leave your visibility to the vicissitudes of life. You can't afford to leave your reputation and brand to randomness and mediocrity. You must take responsibility.
Here's why:
Standing out gives you visibility and visibility determines how much of the value you carry will be expressed. Ability without visibility males you a slave to probabilities.
In most cases, people pay attention before they pay money. You must be intentional about getting attention without being annoying or desperate.
If you want to get paid, you must gain recognition and get attention.
