When I tell my community members how much I spend every year on coaching, some of them wonder why I spend that much. However, after a few months of being coached by me, they are able to understand why. Keep reading this mail, and you too will understand my reason.
So you have an idea. You sit down, put pen to paper, fix timelines, and map out a plan. You're excited, you feel energized, and you're ready to run! Amazing!
But before you start your race, I have some warm-up exercises for you - listen!
Your mind is where your ideas are generated, but it is not where they are implemented! It's delusional to think that the cute little plans and timelines you have come up with are all it would take for your dreams to come true.
No, the world demands differently.
You need to understand the systems, structures, and strategy that you must have in place to create room for the implementation of your ideas in this world.
Only a 'JJC' would come to Lagos and think that because he is driving on an expressway, he doesn't need to pay attention to the road. My friend, there are potholes on third mainland bridge! If I didn't tell you, you wouldn't know.
Your ideas are too important, and people needed the solution that your ideas would bring yesterday, so you do not have time to waste running around in circles. You need to plunge forward with speed and direction. You need to know the hows, whens, whos, and the whats - You need a coach.
