Got a few questions recently… thought I’d answer here:


Q: Do I need loads of time to see results?


A: Nope. We cap it at ~7 hours cycling, 1 strength session. That’s it.


Q: Do I need to give up food I love?


A: No way. You’ll learn how to fuel properly, not punish yourself.


Q: I’m over 40. Is it too late?


A: Definitely not. Most of my riders are over 40 and are riding stronger than ever.
