My 4 watts/kg setback (and how I'm bouncing back)

Ever had one of those moments where your plans went off track?

Picture this: I'm seven weeks into my four watts per kg training plan, feeling pumped and ready to crush my goals. But you know what they say about the best-laid plans, right?


Life decided to throw a few curveballs my way. A holiday here, some family visits there, and before I knew it, my structured training had taken a backseat.
