Pinch, Punch, and a Mid-Year Reality Check!

Picture this: It's a crisp July morning, and my partner and I are heading to the gym.
We're chatting away, lost in conversation, when suddenly – bam! – I get a playful pinch and punch. "First of the month!" my partner exclaims triumphantly.
I have to admit, I was a little disappointed to lose our little game - we always try to be the first to say it.
But as the initial shock wore off, something else hit me: we're halfway through the year already. Can you believe it?
This realisation got me thinking.
How far along am I with the goals I set for myself back in January?
You know, those ambitious plans we all make – physical, financial, spiritual. The whole shebang.
So, I took a moment to reflect. And you know what?
I was pleasantly surprised. Physically, I've gained 3kg of muscle and stayed consistent with my weight training. Not too shabby, right?
I've also been putting in some serious miles on my bike. Even managed to squeeze in a nice holiday in Mallorca, though I haven't ridden as much as I'd hoped this year so far.
Work-wise, things are progressing, but it's definitely been a challenge. I'm constantly juggling tasks, trying to manage my time effectively without burning out. Sound familiar?
Now, here's where I want to turn the spotlight on you. How are your goals going this year?
