Hello my amazing readers!
I hope everyone is enjoying their Spring as much as they can. I know it's hard when so many bad things are happening. Sometimes it's just hard to be light and happy, and if you're like me, feel a little guilty for doing okay when others are not. Though, we lost quite a bit of money on our retirement thanks to all the tariff wars. We can only hope we will eventually recoup that. Still, we survive, work, and worry about our children's future.
My oldest son wants a job as an urban planner, and now it looks like those jobs will be taken up by AI. He hasn't graduated yet, and I'm not sure if he's going to shift lanes. We'll see. But it's something he's very much interested in.
Meanwhile, my youngest has stolen my car up from under me 😂. I swear, I haven't seen my car for a week. It makes it very hard to run errands, so I just make him do them lol.
And I've been juggling a lot of projects. When I'm stressed, I tend to drown myself in work as a distraction. Good thing I love my job. I've wrapped up another audio project for Blaze & Ajax, and edited that, which is now live, Alpha & Omega went live two weeks ago, and that's still trucking along. Then I'm writing Easton's book from The District. I have about 4-5 chapters left. I'm co-writing a book with another author, I just finished my part of a charity Anthology. In between all that is the rest of my job, and taking care of the family. It's been... a lot lol. Honestly, I'm surprised I got as much done as I have.
