Broken boys and love full of angst š

Hello !
I'm a big angsty writer. I love hurt/comfort tropes. While I've written a few sweet romances, I always fall back into the struggles, making it harder for my sweet boys to achieve their HEAs. It's not just that, but I love digging into the psychological reactions. When faced with trauma or difficult situations, I don't create reactions based on what we would do, but rather what they would do based on the personalities I created for them.
I delved deep into that notion with Stix & Stone. What happens when life becomes so hard that we don't even recognize something for what it is?
But while I love hurt/comfort, I always try to sprinkle it with humor and banter and sexual tension so it's not so suffocating.

Just the sight of Nico āStixā Jamieson makes me want to hurt something. Between his stupid smiles on that annoyingly handsome face and the constant drumming of anything that makes a sound with those drumsticks of his, I want to throttle him. No one is that happy.
