Taking a stand about bad marketing

So I use and love Vidnami, which is a video platform that makes it very easy to produce videos that look super professional. It will take your script (or blog post or email letter or whatever) and actually put it into a video format for you, adding the graphics. You can edit it, add background music, and it's good to go. You don't have to be in front of the camera, so it's great for presentations.

But be warned - in my opinion their video explaining what they are doing and offering you the chance to use Vidnami at a steep discount is absolutely horrible. It's so bad that I wrote Vidnami's founder and complained about it. The video is too long, he sounds like a cheesy hawker, and he talked about features when he ought to be talking about benefits.

Who knows if he will respond to my email to him, but I let him know that his sales video would be a huge turnoff to most of my subscribers. Still, though, the product itself is excellent, I've used it for years, ever since it very first came out. So if you are wanting to do more videos check it out and see if it's for you.

Sometimes it helps to have outside eyes on your marketing pieces. This is what I do and love - so if you need some one-time help please hit reply and let me know - we can set up a time to work together.
