The Bahamas are open for travel to American citizens now but there are restrictions. My strong advice is to check directly with the Bahamian tourist authority before you travel for changes, though. (We can talk about this when you contact me, if you want to book travel there.)

Right now you must test negative for Covid with a PCR test before your arrival, and once in the Bahamas you must wear masks in public spaces as well as social distance.

To jump start their devastated tourist economy several properties are offering strong deals right now. Other Bahamian properties are not yet open, so be aware some are coming back online in the coming month or so.

Two that are open right now are the Paradise Island Beach Club, where I can get you 25% off your total stay of 4 nights or more right now (always subject to change.) At the Four Seasons Ocean Club you can stay 3 nights and get a 4th night free. (Also always subject to change, depending on how their bookings go.) How far out can you book? I'll have to find out from the individual properties, each are different. But for most properties it doesn't have to be for immediate travel, which is a good thing.

Black Friday good deals from Hurtigruten.

Hurtigruten is a small ship company which offers adventure travel all over the world in their expedition ships. When we were in Antarctica we saw several of their ships. They are offering from 35% to 50% off selected voyages in 2020, some are out in time, not anything you have to do right now. The trips on sale start as early as March, 2021 (not so sure how I feel about that) but some are not until next November (2021). If you crave visiting Antarctica, Iceland, or Greenland you can get 35% off by booking now but you won't travel until September or later in 2021.

Holland America Cruise Lines and Princess Cruise Lines have extended their pause in sailing until at least March 31, 2021. That's fine with me, I'd not want to book you before then anyway! Many cruise lines are cancelling trips that are more than 7 days throughout 2021, so be aware of that.
